To be considered on a case-by-case basis for this process, a person must:
• Be the spouse of a US citizen on or before June 17, 2024.
• Have been continuously present in the United States for at least 10 years as of June 17, 2024;
• Be a child under 21 years of age of an American citizen
• Individuals must not have a disqualifying criminal record or otherwise constitute a threat to national security or public safety and must otherwise merit a favorable exercise of discretion.
This process can begin once the regulation is published. Once this process is available we will let eligible customers know.
